At Mnemosyne, we believe that how genomics is taught, how data is analysed, and how systems are built must reinforce one another.

That’s why our work begins with Paideia: our education and outreach programme delivering genomics training, teacher CPD, and hands-on DNA sequencing workshops for schools and early-career scientists.

Alongside Paideia, we design and operate a coherent bioinformatics platform — from workflow orchestration and data warehousing to benchmarking and verification — supporting advanced analysis in long-read genomics, metagenomics, and transcriptomics.
