Who We Work With

Mnemosyne is being built for sequencing facilities and service environments that want to extend what they can deliver to customers, without assuming a large internal bioinformatics group.

Many of these organisations are serving researchers with real scientific questions, valuable biological material, and strong publication goals. The bottleneck is often not access to samples or sequencing, but the ability to convert sequence data into analysis and reporting that can be used with confidence.

That is where we believe Mnemosyne can be useful: not by trivialising the research, but by making the delivery of routine and valuable bioinformatics work more repeatable, more intelligible, and less dependent on staffing levels that many smaller facilities simply do not have.

Target organisations

  • Small to mid-size DNA and cDNA sequencing facilities
  • Core facilities serving academic and translational research
  • Service providers that want stronger downstream reporting capability

What those customers are often trying to achieve

  • Add first- and second-tier analysis to sequencing services
  • Turn large data volumes into usable reporting outputs
  • Support publication-oriented research without overextending internal staffing
  • Work with a partner that is approachable, contemporary, and domain-competent

We are especially interested in early conversations with facility leaders and service providers who recognise the operational gap between sequencing output and useful reporting.
